It let's me look up everything about my flight. - Wheres the plane coming from (and that flight's status) - Is the seat next to me still open - What is the seat configuration - Where am I in the upgrade list - Are they serving food - Are there TVs overhead or in the seats A lot of these are the questions I used to have to wait in line and ask the gate agent. Now I can check from anywhere. Even while sitting in the gate area. It updates in real time.
